Pricing
What it costs, before you ask.
Most consultants make you sit through a call before they will give you a number. Here are the numbers. If your job does not fit one of these three shapes, tell me what it looks like and I will price it properly.
What it costs
Prices on the website, like anything else you buy.
Quoted in Fijian dollars, excluding VAT. Australian, New Zealand and US dollar quotes on request. Everything is agreed in writing before any work starts, so the invoice matches the scope.

Fractional and advisory
Let's talk
monthly, minimum three months
Senior marketing leadership on your team, for a set number of days a month.
- Marketing leadership for your in-house team
- Agency and supplier oversight
- Board and executive reporting
- Multi-market and multi-year programs
For organisations with a team, a budget and a standard to hold.
Government and NGO work is often tendered or milestone based. If your procurement process needs a different structure, send me the requirements and I will price it the way you need it presented.
The fine print, in plain words
Fixed price wherever the work allows it
If the scope is clear, the price is fixed and it does not move. If the scope changes, we agree the change in writing before I start on it. No surprise invoices at the end of a month.
What is not included
Media spend, print, production, photography, talent and third party licences are passed through at cost with the supplier invoice attached. I do not take a margin on other people's work.
How you pay
Fifty per cent to start on projects, the balance on delivery. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Government and donor programs can be invoiced against milestones or a purchase order.
How it runs
Four steps, no mystery.
The same shape whether it is a two week piece of work or a twelve month program. You always know what happens next and what it costs.
- 01
A conversation
Free, 45 minutesYou tell me the situation. I tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it. Roughly a third of these calls end with me pointing somebody at a better fit, which is fine.
- 02
A written scope
Within a weekWhat I will do, what it costs, what I need from you and when you get it. One document, fixed price where the work allows it, and it is the document we both work from.
- 03
The work
Weeks, not quartersYou get a named contact, which is me, and a short weekly note on where things sit. Where a project needs more hands I bring in people I have worked with for years, and I stay accountable for the result.
- 04
The handover
Built in from day oneSource files, guidelines, logins and a plan your team can run without me. If you want me to stay on and run it, that is a separate conversation, not an assumption.
Questions
The ones I get asked first.
No. It is me. For larger pieces of work I bring in people I have worked with for years across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, but you deal with me and I stay accountable for the result.
Next step
Tell me what you are trying to fix.
A 45 minute call, no charge and no pitch deck. If I am not the right person for it I will say so, and usually point you at someone who is.
The Monday note
One short email most Mondays. What I am seeing in the market, what worked, what did not. No sequences, no webinars. Two minutes to read, unsubscribe in one click.
