Engagements
Retainers run month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. Project work is scoped, fixed-price and milestone-billed.
Payments
Card payments processed by Stripe. Invoices are payable within 14 days.
IP & ownership
On full payment, all delivered work transfers to you. We retain the right to feature work in our own portfolio unless explicitly excluded by NDA.
Liability
Capped at fees paid in the most recent quarter. We carry professional indemnity insurance. A certificate is available on request.
