Services

Six things I am genuinely good at.

I have deliberately kept the list short. These are the areas where eighteen years of doing the work means you get an answer quickly and it holds up in front of a board, a panel or a donor.

Services

The work, in detail

Open any of these for what is included and what you end up holding at the end.

Market and competitor review, positioning, the twelve month calendar, budget splits and the numbers you report against. Written to survive a board meeting, not to sit in a drawer.

  • Situation and competitor review
  • Positioning and messaging
  • 12 month plan and budget
  • Reporting framework

Who this is for

Built for organisations with something to protect.

Large business

You have a marketing team, or the budget for one, and the work is not landing at the standard the executive expects. I come in above the team, set the plan, lift the quality and leave the system behind.

  • Fractional marketing leadership
  • Category and channel strategy
  • Agency oversight

Government

Ministries, statutory bodies and state-owned enterprises. Public campaigns, service communications and brand work that has to clear procurement, an audit and a public that is paying attention.

  • Tender-ready scopes
  • Public information campaigns
  • Plain language and accessibility

NGOs and donor programs

Regional and in-country programs funded from Canberra, Wellington or further afield. Communications that satisfy the donor and still mean something to the people the program is for.

  • Program branding
  • Donor and milestone reporting
  • Community-facing materials

How it runs

Four steps, no mystery.

The same shape whether it is a two week piece of work or a twelve month program. You always know what happens next and what it costs.

  1. 01

    A conversation

    Free, 45 minutes

You tell me the situation. I tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it. Roughly a third of these calls end with me pointing somebody at a better fit, which is fine.

  2. 02

    A written scope

    Within a week

What I will do, what it costs, what I need from you and when you get it. One document, fixed price where the work allows it, and it is the document we both work from.

  3. 03

    The work

    Weeks, not quarters

You get a named contact, which is me, and a short weekly note on where things sit. Where a project needs more hands I bring in people I have worked with for years, and I stay accountable for the result.

  4. 04

    The handover

    Built in from day one

Source files, guidelines, logins and a plan your team can run without me. If you want me to stay on and run it, that is a separate conversation, not an assumption.

What it costs

Prices on the website, like anything else you buy.

Quoted in Fijian dollars, excluding VAT. Australian, New Zealand and US dollar quotes on request. Everything is agreed in writing before any work starts, so the invoice matches the scope.

Strategy session

FJ$950

one off

A half day on your problem, with something written at the end of it.

Useful when you know something is off but not what.

Project

Most common

From FJ$7,500

fixed scope

A defined piece of work, priced up front and delivered to a date.

Most brand, campaign and go to market work sits here.

Fractional and advisory

Let's talk

monthly, minimum three months

Senior marketing leadership on your team, for a set number of days a month.

For organisations with a team, a budget and a standard to hold.

Government and NGO work is often tendered or milestone based. If your procurement process needs a different structure, send me the requirements and I will price it the way you need it presented.

Next step

Tell me what you are trying to fix.

A 45 minute call, no charge and no pitch deck. If I am not the right person for it I will say so, and usually point you at someone who is.

The Monday note

One short email most Mondays. What I am seeing in the market, what worked, what did not. No sequences, no webinars. Two minutes to read, unsubscribe in one click.
